On Problem "App calling home and not the destination"

There were time when user reports the issue of "App calling home and not the intended destination". When the forwarding is set on the Vonage server, Vonage server took time to enforce the change on their call processing. In the call using Vonage app I provided a delay of 5 secs after forward setting is set and before initiating the call. Some busy day and rare cases 5 secs may not be sufficient, in such cases the issue noted like before could cause. To provide users an option I made the delay a configurable item under menu->settings.

    hi there

    would like to highlight one more point that i have noticed. even if i uncheck the call interceptor, it checks it somehow and i cannot dial a local number which is stored with a "1" in the beginning...

    kindly look into it and let me know if there is some configuration required in my phone for it, which i doubt is unlikely. nevertheless, kindly let me know. i am using samsung vibrant.

    it does not dial the destination number, it dials home number, then there is a busy signal..i really need help.

    I am getting "COULDN'T SET FORWARD" error message on my HTC EVO 4g phone, you help is greatly appreciated to resolve this issue...Thx again..

    Hello Suriya:

    I get the following error. Message:[408XXXXXX][YYYYYYYYY] is in blacklist.
    Not attempting to login to avoid account lock to Vonage server.

    YYYYYY is my password. I dont understand what is happening. Can you help?

    i am using your vonage app. it is a great app
    thanks for developing a free app. for past two days. I notice that app is not working fine.It is calling home instead of destination.I noticed what is the problem. the problem is is setting ring to 30 sec insted of 2 sec or instatly. so did vonage doing purposly? how to solve the problem.

    Pls let me know.
